Grupo: Strontium 90 Canción: 3 O´clock shot y Every little thing she does is magic Disco: Police Academy (1977) Discográfica: Ark 21 Estilo: New wave
Everyone I know is lonely My god's so far away And my heart belongs to no one So now sometimes i pray Please take this space between us And fill it up some way I've been waiting for my brothers Since fucking christmas day
There's a song that everyone's heard Let me hear it, make me a part Songs everyone's heard Let me hear it, make me a part
Nothing seems to matter To no one anymore They say my world is shattered I just did it on the floor It won't go no further It is here i make my stand If you say my life is precious When you held it in your hand
There's a song that everyone's heard Let me hear it, make me a part Songs everyone's heard Let me hear it, make me a part
There's a song that everyone's heard Let me hear it, make me a part Songs everyone's heard Let me hear it, make me a part
Do I have to tell the story Of a thousand rainy days since we first met It's a big enough umbrella But it's always me that ends up getting wet
Every little thing she does is magic Everything she do just turns me on Even though my life before was tragic Now I know my love for her goes on
Though I've tried before to tell her Of the feelings I have for her in my heart Every time that I come near her I just lose my nerve as I've done from the start
Every little thing she does is magic Everything she do just turns me on Even though my life before was tragic Now I know my love for her goes on
I resolved to call her up a thousand times a day Ask her if she'll marry me in some old-fashioned way But my silent fears have gripped me long before I reached the phone Long before my tongue has tripped me Must I always be alone?
Every little thing she does is magic Everything she do just turns me on Even though my life before was tragic Now I know my love for her goes on
Grupo: Adorable Canción: Homeboy Disco: Against Perfection (1993) Discográfica: SBK Estilo: Indie Pop
I'm tripping into the back of my mind
And your words like angels crash inside
And a word and a movement and a touch
And a word and a movement and it's all too much
It's all too much
I never understood what it meant to be
I never understood what it meant to be misunderstood
And even if I did, I don't think I'd care less
And even if I did, I don't think I'd care less
You're so beautiful
You're so beautiful
You're so beautiful
I want to drown beneath the waves
I want to dig myself a shallow grave
And hold you up for all to see
I want to cut you up, I want to watch you bleed, ever so slowly
Grupo: Flesh for Lulu Canción: Sooner or later Disco: Long live the new Flesh (1987) Discográfica: Capitol Estilo: Post Punk
Never wanted to see you sad It's so easy to be bad Sooner or later you'll let me down Sooner or later you'll have to put me back down
If I'm able to compromise All suspicion in your eyes Sooner or later you'll let me down Sooner or later you'll have to put me back down
Hey what's up? Oh the sky Like an angel, flying high Sooner or later you'll let me down Sooner or later you'll have to put me back down
Hear the warning Hear it loud and clear Lights are flashing Lets get out of here Sooner or later you'll let me down Sooner or later you'll have to put me back down
Always wanted to see you smile Hopelessly happy Like a child Sooner or later you'll let me down Sooner or later you'll have to put me back down
All I know is love exists Love exists for longer than a kiss Sooner or later you'll let me down Sooner or later you'll have to put me back down Sooner or later you'll let me down Sooner or later you'll have to put me back down
Grupo: Soul Asylum Canción: Without a trace Disco: Grave Dancer´s Union (1992) Sexto disco de su carrerra. Discográfica: Columbia Estilo: Pop Rock Alternativo
I fell in love with a hooker She laughed in my face So seriously I took her I was a disgrace
I was out of line; I was out of place Out of time to save face See the open mouth of my suitcase Sayin' leave this place
Leave without a trace Leave without a trace Leave without a trace
I tried to get a good job With honest pay I might as well join the mob The benefits are okay
Standing in the sun with a popsicle Everything is possible With a lot of luck and a pretty face And some time to waste
Leave without a trace Leave without a trace Leave without a trace
I tried to dance at a funeral New Orleans style I joined the Grave Dancer's Union I had to file
Trying to do the right thing, play it straight The right thing changes from state to state Don't forget to take your mace If you're out walking late
I liked to see your face You left without a trace You leave without a trace
